Contractual Role - (6-12 months)

Shift Timings - 4 PM to 12 AM OR 9 PM to 6 AM

Key Responsibilities

- Post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure proper financial classification
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports as per US GAAP Perform variance analysis and provide insights on key movements
- Support fixed assets accounting including capitalization and depreciation
- Handle intercompany transactions and perform reconciliations
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, internal controls, and SOX compliance requirements
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing documentation
- Collaborate with AP, AR, and FP&A; teams for issue resolution Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation initiatives
- Maintain documentation for processes and ensure audit readiness
