We are looking for an experienced Accounts professional with 5–8 years of experience in the Automobile Industry, preferably with hands-on experience in an Automobile Dealership involving Vehicle Sales, Service, Spares, Body Shop, Insurance, and Inventory Finance.

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, GST and TDS compliance, reconciliations, financial reporting, dealership accounting, claims follow-up, and coordination with management and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit Daily Cash Flow Reports to the Managing Director.
- Perform Bank Statement Reconciliation and daily bank transaction verification.
- Prepare Trading Account, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet and submit to the Managing Director.
- Handle GSTR-1, GSTR-2 and GSTR-3B reconciliation.
- Generate GST Tax Reports and reconcile GST bills and transactions.
- Prepare and file Contractor TDS returns and make online TDS payments.
- Handle TDS and TCS related to Vehicle Purchase and Sales, including preparation, reconciliation, and online payment.
- Perform Form 26AS Reconciliation.
- Verify Vehicle and Spare Parts Purchase Entries, including local and interstate purchases.
- Prepare Vehicle Sales Ledgers and generate service bills.
- Maintain daily receipt and payment postings and ensure books are up to date.
- Prepare Staff Payroll and coordinate with the HR Department.
- Prepare and submit Monthly Outstanding Reports to the Managing Director.
- Maintain proper Books of Accounts, Files, Vouchers, and Financial Records.
- Follow up on Service Vehicle Warranty Claims, Body Shop Vehicle Insurance Claims,



New Vehicle Exchange Claims, and Corporate Claims.
- Reconcile Inventory Funding Accounts.
- Reconcile Insurance Renewals and New Vehicle Insurance Premiums.
- Perform Branch Reconciliation and check day-to-day accounting entries.
- Handle daily Cash Withdrawals, Cash Deposits, and Bank Transactions.
- Coordinate with Management, Auditors, Tax Consultants, Banks, HR, Sales, Service, Spares, Insurance, and Branch Teams.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting, taxation, reconciliation, and statutory compliance activities.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Mandatory/Preferred: Experience in the Automobile Industry, especially Automobile Dealership Accounting.
- Experience in Vehicle Sales & Purchase, Service, Spares, Body Shop, Insurance, Warranty Claims, and Inventory Funding will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, Form 26AS, Bank Reconciliation, and Statutory Compliance.
- Valuable knowledge of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Trading Account, Cash Flow, Bookkeeping, and MIS Reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Accounting Software/ERP.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
