- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Prepare invoices, bills, bank reconciliation and financial statements.
- Manage GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
- Assist in GST returns, TDS returns and related documentation.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank, ledger and vendor/customer accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other departments.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Commerce / B.Com preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Positive knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and GST.
- Knowledge of TDS, income tax and statutory compliance will be an advantage.
- Positive analytical, communication and organizational skills.
- Candidates with experience in hotel, trading or business accounting will be preferred.
