Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, the Account Manager manages client relationships, serves as the primary point of contact, and ensures that digital marketing and web development projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, preparing proposals and presentations, monitoring campaign performance, and communicating results and insights to clients.

The Account





Manager also identifies opportunities to expand services, supports strategic planning for client accounts, and helps resolve issues to maintain high client satisfaction. Collaboration, proactive communication, and attention to detail are key aspects of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong client relationship management, account handling, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of digital marketing concepts, campaign management, and familiarity with SEO, social media, and web solutions.
- Candidates should possess project coordination skills, including planning, organizing tasks, and tracking deliverables and timelines.
- Candidates should possess analytical and reporting abilities to interpret campaign data, create performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in marketing, design, and development.
