Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Chennai.

The Account

Manager will manage day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include understanding client business goals, coordinating digital marketing and web development projects, preparing proposals, tracking campaign performance, and presenting progress reports.



The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The Account

Manager will also identify opportunities for account growth, support strategic planning, and help maintain ethical, long-term partnerships with clients.

Qualifications

- Client relationship and account management skills, including stakeholder communication and expectation setting.
- Project coordination and organizational skills to manage timelines, deliverables, and multiple client accounts.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media, performance marketing, and web analytics.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills for proposals, presentations, and client interactions.
- Analytical abilities to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and recommend optimizations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in marketing, design, and development.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a digital agency or marketing environment, particularly in client-facing roles, is preferred.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced setting in Chennai, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
