About the Role
DigiStay.ai is looking for an Account Manager to join our Operations team in Dehradun. The role involves managing a portfolio of hotel accounts, building strong partner relationships, and supporting customers throughout their journey with DigiStay.
You will work closely with partner hotels and internal teams to drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of hotel accounts from onboarding through retention and renewal
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner hotels
- Support product adoption and help customers effectively use DigiStay
- Monitor account health, customer satisfaction, and renewal status
- Proactively identify and address potential customer retention risks
- Identify relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain accurate account information and activity records in the CRM
- Coordinate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve customer issues
- Communicate customer feedback and insights to relevant internal teams
- Track and report on account status, renewals, and portfolio health
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Success, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms
- Ability to independently manage multiple customer accounts
- Solid ownership and customer-focused approach
- Willingness to work on-site in Dehradun
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, travel, hotel technology, or SaaS
- Familiarity with subscription-based products and SaaS renewal processes
- Experience working with hotel or hospitality businesses
