Company Description ANNOOR TEST LABS AND ENGINEERING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is a NABL-accredited laboratory specializing in testing and engineering services for buildings, roads, bridges, harbors, railways, airways, and other infrastructure projects. The company conducts comprehensive material testing, including soil, aggregates, concrete, water, bitumen, cement, steel, plastics, wood, electrical cables, and mechanical components. In addition to laboratory testing, the organization provides structural design, topographic and drone-based surveying, building and road design, and geotechnical investigations.

The team also performs ground water surveys, soil resistivity studies, DPR preparation, pile load testing, structural repair, and non-destructive testing, supporting clients across the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gannavaram. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding project requirements, and coordinating with technical and laboratory teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. Day-to-day tasks include handling client inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, tracking project progress, and maintaining documentation and records for ongoing assignments.

The Account

Manager will monitor contract performance,



follow up on reports and test results, support billing and collections, and identify opportunities to expand services with existing and new clients. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, improve service quality, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management skills, including communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency in project coordination and documentation, with the ability to track timelines, deliverables, and service quality.
- Basic understanding of construction, infrastructure, or engineering services (materials testing, structural or geotechnical work preferred).
- Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and managing digital records.
- Ability to work on-site in Gannavaram, collaborate effectively with technical teams, and handle multiple client accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in account management or customer service in technical domains is an advantage.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on accuracy and compliance with standards and procedures.
