Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Thane.

The Account

Executive will manage day-to-day client relationships, including handling inquiries, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documentation, maintaining accurate records of shipments and transactions, and supporting billing, invoicing,



and payment follow-up. The role involves collaborating with operations and warehouse teams to align service commitments with client expectations, monitoring performance metrics, and assisting in reporting for key accounts.

The Account

Executive will also help identify opportunities to improve processes, support recent client onboarding, and contribute to consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and account coordination skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in basic office and documentation tools; experience with ERP or logistics systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS, JDE) is an advantage.
- Solid numerical and analytical abilities for handling billing, invoicing, and performance tracking.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of transportation, logistics, warehousing, or C&F; operations is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfort working on-site in Thane, with flexibility to adapt to operational requirements and client needs.
