People Tech Group is looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to join our team in Hyderabad .

Role : Accounts Executive

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and R2R activities , including journal entries, provisions, accruals, and month-end closing.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, reconciliations, and tax notices/assessments.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, tax, ledger, and inter-company reconciliations .
- Support Import & Export compliance and related accounting requirements.
- Support ROC filings and statutory compliance .
- Prepare MIS, financial reports, schedules, and variance analysis .
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, internal stakeholders, and statutory authorities.

What We’re Looking For





- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, Taxation, R2R, and Statutory Compliance .
- Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP .
- Advanced MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, Lookups, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, AP, AR, R2R, and reconciliations .
- Exposure to tax notices/assessments, ROC, Import & Export compliance .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field .
- CA Inter / CMA Inter or relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
