We are #hiring for a leading NGO! /n : /n Programme Management /n · Support the strategic planning of ReVIVE projects and partnerships across geographies including innovations. /n · Manage the projects and programs including field visits, partner engagement, tracking program milestones, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and reporting to ensure effective program execution. /n Grant Management & Partner Coordination /n · Support end-to-end grant management processes including proposal review, due diligence coordination, grant documentation, disbursement tracking, monitoring, and reporting. /n · Maintain regular engagement and communication with program partners and grantees. /n · Support onboarding and coordination of implementation and innovation partners under the ReVIVE initiative. /n Nurturing Urban Cooling Innovations /n · Identify and engage with NGOs, startups, innovators, social enterprises, research institutions, intermediaries, and ecosystem actors relevant to ReVIVE priorities. /n · Track emerging innovations, technologies, implementation models, and ecosystem trends within urban climate resilience, cooling, circular economy, and related sectors. /n Monitoring,



Learning & Strategic Support /n · Support monitoring, learning, and evaluation processes across the program portfolio. /n · Track project data, outputs, and reporting requirements across projects. /n · Document implementation learnings and insights, ecosystem insights, and field observations. /n Skillsets required : /n · 5–9 years of relevant experience in program management, innovation ecosystems, climate resilience, sustainability, entrepreneurship, or related sectors. /n · Prior experience working with startups, incubators, accelerators, social enterprises, innovation platforms, NGOs, or ecosystem-building initiatives is desirable. /n · Experience managing grants, partnerships, consortiums, pilots is desirable. /n · Comfort working in agile and evolving program environments. /n · Knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is a plus. /n Send your CV to: [email protected] and [email protected] [Subject Line: C:70:Senior Associate / Manager, Programs & Innovation-Urban Resilience] Note: Please use the exact subject line for a quicker response.
