About the RoleMedantrik is looking for an experienced and highly skilled 3D Model Artist to join our creative team in Noida Sector 63. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in 3D modeling and be able to create high-quality, detailed, and production-ready 3D assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed and accurate 3D models from reference images, drawings, concepts, or specifications.
- Develop high-quality hard-surface and/or organic 3D models based on project requirements.
- Create clean topology and production-ready models.
- Handle UV unwrapping, texturing, materials, and shaders.
- Set up lighting, cameras, and renders when required.
- Modify and optimize existing 3D assets based on feedback.
- Ensure models meet required quality, polygon count, and technical specifications.
- Maintain organized project files, assets, and naming conventions.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in 3D modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, or equivalent 3D software, Z-brush
- Strong understanding of modeling, topology, UV mapping, texturing, materials, and rendering.




- Ability to create detailed and visually accurate models from references.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of proportions and form.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert concepts into high-quality 3D assets.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating professional 3D work is required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with hard-surface modeling.
- Experience with Substance 3D Painter/Designer or similar texturing tools.
- Knowledge of rendering engines such as Cycles, V-Ray, Arnold, or Eevee.
- Experience creating assets for AR/VR, games, real-time applications, product visualization, or digital experiences.
- Basic knowledge of animation and rigging is a plus.
- Experience with AI-assisted 3D workflows is an added advantage.
