What does a great Shared Services Analyst do?
A great Shared Services Analyst is a proactive problem solver who helps bring innovative payment solutions to life. In this role, you will support shared services activities, ensure teams are aligned with business goals, and help streamline the intake and onboarding process for recent projects. Working closely with different teams, you will identify improvement opportunities, enhance productivity, and support smooth project delivery. You'll play an important role in removing obstacles, and ensuring clients are successfully launched with speed, accuracy, and confidence. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities, and making a meaningful impact on both client outcomes and business performance, this role is for you.
What will you do:
- Execute payment solution certification activities in accordance with established processes, service level expectations, and quality standards.
- Manage assigned certification projects from intake through completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Apply documented procedures and industry best practices to ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant certification operations.
- Stay informed of payments industry trends, technologies, network requirements, and regulatory changes, sharing relevant insights with stakeholders.
- Leverage certification tools,
testing methodologies, and subject matter expertise to support client and business requirements.
- Proactively identify project risks, testing issues, and process improvement opportunities, recommending solutions and driving resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology partners to gather requirements, coordinate testing activities, and achieve project objectives.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, status reporting, and audit-ready records.
- Support project tracking, operational reporting, process documentation, and administrative activities to ensure successful execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and the overall client experience.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support team and client commitment.
