Manage a large volume of contracts and purchasing requisitions both internally and externally with partners.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for all current resources involved in whiteshirt and partner pass-through projects.
Coordinate Tenrox accounts, project assignments, and forecast updates, including extensions through change orders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for resource and partner inquiries regarding project codes, billable time, timesheet adjustments, and monthly invoicing.
Create and maintain internal reports on program metrics and performance.
