Role: We're looking for an experienced Web Developer & Designer to join our team in Thane, someone who can both build and lead — managing a small team while staying hands-on with design and development.
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in web design & development
Portfolio of 100+ websites designed/developed
Solid hands-on skills in: Figma, WordPress, Shopify, PHP, HTML, React JS, JavaScript
Backend/database experience with MySQL and MongoDB
Proven leadership ability — must have led or managed a team
Must be based in or near Thane
Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive, high-quality websites and e-commerce stores
Lead and mentor a team of developers/designers, reviewing their work and ensuring quality
Manage end-to-end project delivery — from wireframe/Figma design to deployment
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements
Maintain code quality, performance, and design standards across projects
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
