We are seeking an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to manage and oversee daily dispatch operations in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure timely dispatch of finished goods, maintain accurate documentation, coordinate with internal departments, and supervise loading activities.
Responsibilities
Plan and supervise daily dispatch schedules.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, QC, and Transport teams.
Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer requirements.
Prepare and verify Dispatch Challans, Invoices, E-Way Bills, and LR documents.
Supervise packing, loading, and vehicle dispatch.
Maintain dispatch records and inventory movement.
Follow up with transporters to ensure on-time deliveries.
Resolve dispatch-related issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Requirements
Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
Experience in foundry or casting industry will be preferred.
Knowledge of dispatch documentation, logistics, and inventory management.
Familiarity with ERP software and MS Excel.
Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
