Program Operations Head

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Program Operations Head to manage the planning, execution, coordination, and smooth operation of our motivational, spiritual, and life-management programs.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute seminars, workshops, spiritual programs, and public events.
Coordinate with venues, speakers, artists, vendors, volunteers, and internal teams.
Manage complete event operations from pre-event preparation to post-event activities.
Ensure proper arrangements for participants, including registration, seating, hospitality, accommodation, and transportation wherever required.
Coordinate with the Marketing and Promotion Team to achieve program targets.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for smooth program execution.
Manage event budgets, expenses, manpower, and vendors efficiently.
Handle on-ground teams and resolve operational issues quickly.
Maintain proper reports, schedules, checklists, and event records.
Travel to different locations as required for program execution.
Ensure every program is delivered professionally, on time,



and according to organizational standards.

Candidate Profile
Graduate preferred; relevant experience in event management, operations, hospitality, marketing, or program management will be an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and teams simultaneously.
Willingness to travel.
Energetic, responsible, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced setting.
Experience in organizing seminars, conferences, social/spiritual programs, or large public events will be preferred.

Experience: 3–8 years preferred
Location: Jaipur / Rajasthan, with travel as required
Employment Type: Full time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
