Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Support day‑to‑day program operations by keeping budgets, timelines, and documentation organized, updated, and aligned with business cases.
Track program and PD financials, highlight variances early, and provide explicit visibility on spend, commitments, and expected outlook.
Maintain structured documentation for all programs and ensure review materials, decisions, and updates are ready for stakeholders when needed.
Prepare straightforward, reliable dashboards and status reports that help leadership understand progress, issues, and upcoming requirements.
Monitor annual goals, KPIs, and performance indicators across programs to ensure follow‑through and timely updates.
Keep oversight of headcount, resource needs, and time tracking to support planning and remove operational gaps.
Work closely with engineering, finance, procurement, and leadership teams to keep programs moving smoothly and with fewer surprises.
