Lincify Media Pvt Ltd is looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities:
Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
Generate quality leads through performance marketing strategies
Optimize campaigns based on CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
Set up and manage pixels, conversion tracking, and remarketing campaigns
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
Work with creative and content teams for ad creatives and copy

Requirements:
Experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
Robust understanding of lead generation funnels
Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking
Ability to optimize campaigns for performance and scaling
Positive analytical and communication skills

Preferred Skills




Experience with LinkedIn Ads
Knowledge of landing page optimization
Agency experience is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
