Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the complete development lifecycle of software features, ensuring seamless integration between user interfaces and backend systems. This role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to align project goals and deliver innovative solutions.

The engineer actively explores emerging technologies to address complex business challenges, maintaining a focus on agility and cloud-first approaches. Daily activities include designing, coding, testing, and refining applications to enhance client services, while also participating in strategic discussions to guide project direction and improve overall system performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:





- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Kafka.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and Java Script frameworks.
- Experience in building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
