Job Summary

Role Summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced SAP VMS Lead with 6–8 years of SAP implementation experience to lead SAP Vehicle Management System initiatives within large-scale Steel Manufacturing enterprises. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield implementations, dispatch, transportation, logistics execution and integration with core SAP modules is required.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead SAP VMS solution design, blueprinting and deployment activities.

Drive Greenfield, Brownfield, rollout and transformation projects on SAP S/4HANA.

Conduct workshops and gather business requirements from logistics , dispatch and supply-chain teams.

Configure vehicle management, stock tracking, dispatch planning and transportation processes.

Integrate SAP VMS with SD, MM, EWM/WM, TM, PP, QM and FICO modules.

Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP, Fiori and integration teams.

Lead SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live and hypercare support.

Mentor junior consultants and provide governance on SAP VMS best practices.

Experience Requirements

6–8 years SAP consulting experience





Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementations

Greenfield and Brownfield project experience

Manufacturing or steel industry background

Education & Certifications

Bachelor Degree in Engineering , Technology or related discipline

SAP S/4HANA certification preferred

Project Management certification desirable
