About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive & Video Editor to manage our social media presence and create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, short-form video editing, graphic design, and content creation. You should understand what makes content engaging and be comfortable turning ideas into professional posts, Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow our social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
- Create engaging posts, Reels, Shorts, stories, and promotional content.
- Edit short-form videos, including Reels, YouTube Shorts, tutorials, and promotional videos.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, music, graphics, and other elements to videos.
- Create social media graphics using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, hooks, and basic social media copy.
- Research current social media trends, content formats, hashtags, and competitors.
- Repurpose existing videos and content into multiple social media formats.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Monitor engagement, reach, views, followers, and other key metrics.
- Analyze performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and leads.
- Work with the team to develop new content ideas and campaigns.
- Use AI tools to improve content creation and productivity.

Required Skills





- 1–3 years of experience in social media management/content creation.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong video editing skills.
- Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Valuable knowledge of Canva or Photoshop.
- Understanding of Reels, Shorts, hooks, captions, and social media trends.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with an IT, software, education, training, or technology company.
- Experience creating educational or technical content.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and social media marketing.
- Experience with YouTube channel management.
- Knowledge of AI content creation tools.
- Basic photography or video shooting skills.
