Key Responsibilities: -

- Plan, monitor, and control day-to-day production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.
- Supervise fabrication and assembly activities related to PEB structures.
- Coordinate with design, planning, quality, stores, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and approved drawings/specifications.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor manpower, material utilization, and machine performance.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce wastage.

Requirements: -

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.




- 2–3 years of relevant experience in PEB/structural steel fabrication.
- Knowledge of PEB manufacturing, fabrication, welding, cutting, and assembly processes.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
