We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Field Marketing Executive to drive student admissions for SVMG.

Your primary focus will be identifying and enrolling students from 6th to 10th grade who are currently struggling or performing average (medium and slow learners) in highly competitive school environments. You will position SVMG as the ideal nurturing ground where these students can receive personalized attention .

Key Responsibilities

* Direct Field Marketing: Visit residential areas, coaching centres, and community hubs to connect with parents of 6th–10th grade students.

* Targeted Identification: Screen and identify students who find highly competitive school environments stressful or fast-paced.

* Lead Generation: Collect high-quality data of parents through local events, kiosk setups, and canopy activities.

* School Mapping: Identify and analyze competitive schools in the assigned territory to target dissatisfied parents.

* Empathetic Counseling: Counsel parents on how SVMG’s specialized curriculum supports medium and slow learners to improve their academic outcomes.

* Admission Conversion:



Follow up rigorously on generated leads to convert them into final admissions for the 2027–28 session.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Experience: Minimum 1 year in field sales, EdTech (BYJU'S, PhysicsWallah, Vedantu, etc.), or school admission marketing.

* Communication: Fluent in the local language and English to effectively counsel parents.

* Empathy: Ability to understand the pain points of parents with slow-learning children without being judgmental.

* Travel: Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned field territory.

* Target-Oriented: Highly motivated by daily lead generation and monthly admission targets.
