About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Executive – Graphic & AI Video Editor to join our Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content, graphics, videos, and marketing creatives that strengthen the company’s brand presence across digital and offline platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic designing, AI video editing, motion graphics, social media creatives, product videos, and brand communication, with the ability to convert marketing concepts into engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality graphic designs, social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Develop and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, campaigns, advertisements, and corporate communication.
- Create Reels, promotional videos, product videos, motion graphics, animations, and video advertisements.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to understand campaign objectives and convert concepts into impactful visual content.
- Develop creative content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Edit raw footage, add transitions, music, voiceovers, subtitles, effects, and other elements to produce professional-quality videos.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, visual identity, fonts, colors, layouts, and overall design standards.
- Create product-focused creatives for EV, Lithium-ion Battery, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), and other company products.
- Support marketing campaigns with timely delivery of creative assets.
- Collaborate with the content, digital marketing, sales, and business teams for various creative requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.




- Stay updated with the latest design trends, video formats, social media trends, AI-based creative tools, and digital content practices.
- Maintain and organize design files, video assets, templates, and other creative resources.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent skilled tools.
- Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Strong video editing and post-production skills.
- Experience in motion graphics and basic animation will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of social media content formats and digital marketing requirements.
- Ability to create both static and video-based marketing content.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Manufacturing, EV, Lithium-ion Battery, Energy, Automotive, Technology, or B2B industries will be preferred.
- Experience in developing product marketing creatives and corporate brand communication will be an added advantage.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and marketing campaigns is highly desirable.

Education

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field.
