Position: Full-Time Photographer / Videographer & Content Creator

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Photographer, Videographer & Content Creator who can independently handle photography, video shoots, professional lighting, editing, and day-to-day content creation.

The ideal candidate can work with either a DSLR/mirrorless camera or a high-quality smartphone, as long as they understand how to create professional-looking content.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute photography and video shoots for products, people, social media and brand content.
- Shoot high-quality photos, reels, videos and short-form content.
- Have a robust understanding of professional lighting, including studio lighting, continuous lights, softboxes, reflectors and creative lighting setups.
- Set up and operate lighting equipment independently to achieve professional results.
- Handle camera or smartphone settings, framing, composition, exposure, focus and color.
- Edit photos and videos to a professional standard.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, product videos and other social media content.
- Take ownership of the complete content process — concept → shoot → edit → final delivery.
- Retouch and enhance photographs while maintaining a natural and premium appearance.
- Use AI-powered tools for photo editing, retouching, background removal, image enhancement, creative generation and workflow optimization.
- Stay updated with new AI tools and modern content-creation techniques.
- Organize and maintain photo/video files and content libraries.
- Work closely with the creative/marketing team to develop fresh content ideas.

Works timings and work days:

Mon-Saturday: 10am-7pm.

Requirements

- Previous experience in photography, videography and content creation.
- Strong understanding of professional lighting techniques.
- Ability to produce professional content using either a DSLR/mirrorless camera OR a smartphone.
- Good knowledge of photo and video editing software.
- Strong understanding of social-media-first content, especially Reels and short-form video.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools for photo editing and image enhancement is essential.
- Good eye for composition, detail, lighting, color and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage shoots from start to finish.
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn simple ideas into engaging visual content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver content within deadlines.

Important

A DSLR is NOT mandatory. If you have one that will be great. We are more interested in your skills, creativity and ability to produce excellent content than the equipment you own.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who is not simply a photographer or editor, but a complete content creator who can take an idea and turn it into polished, ready-to-publish visual content.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
