Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, career paths, and enrolment processes.
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, virtual sessions, and walk-ins (if applicable).
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs aligned with their career goals.
Convert qualified leads into enrolments by effective counselling and follow-up. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, lead status, and conversions in CRM systems.
Achieve assigned targets related to counselling sessions, conversions, and revenue. Participate in training programs to stay updated on courses, counselling techniques, and sales strategies.
Ensure a high level of student satisfaction through qualified communication and timely support.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
