About CloverStone

CloverStone is an enterprise AI and data consulting firm working with retail, CPG, financial services, insurance and logistics companies. We're ~10 months old, ~20 people across India and the US, and building our brand in public.

This is a B2B social media marketing role. You won't be chasing viral trends — you'll be helping business leaders find us, trust us, and reach out.

What You'll Do

Posts — Instagram & LinkedIn

- Design posts and carousels in Canva using our brand templates

- Draft short, simple captions (we'll review and edit with you)

- Schedule posts against a calendar we plan together

Video — Reels, Shorts, YouTube

- Edit short videos from footage, clips and scripts we give you (CapCut or similar)

- Add captions, cuts, music; make basic thumbnails

- Help with AI-assisted video (voiceover + visuals) — we'll show you the tools

Research

- Keep an eye on what competitors and similar firms are posting

- Collect content ideas, trending formats and hashtags in a shared sheet

- Note down what's getting engagement and share it in weekly catch-ups

Basic tracking

- Pull reach, likes,



followers and video views into a simple sheet each week

You will not be doing this alone. Content direction, strategy and approvals sit with the team — you'll learn that side as you go.

What We're Looking For

Must-have

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT or a related technical field

- Good written English and a willingness to rewrite until it sounds human

- Basic Canva skills

- Basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, Premiere — anything)

- Actually active on Instagram and LinkedIn

- Reliable, asks questions, takes feedback

Nice-to-have

- Played around with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Midjourney

- Ran a page of your own — college fest, club, personal, anything

- Any interest in tech, data or business

- Your own portfolio
