NovaKids.ai is looking for experienced B.Ed-qualified teachers to join our growing K–12 EdTech team. The ideal candidates should have strong teaching experience, good communication skills, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver effective and engaging lessons for school students.
- Support curriculum development and academic activities.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials.
- Use computers and digital tools to support classroom and online learning.
- Monitor student progress and provide appropriate feedback.
- Work with the academic team to improve teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.
- Follow CBSE/NCERT-aligned academic practices where applicable.

Requirements

- B.Ed qualification is mandatory.
- Prior teaching experience in schools, coaching institutes, or educational organizations.




- Valuable subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- Basic to good computer knowledge is required.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, online teaching platforms, and other digital tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates who are willing to work from Vijayawada/Mangalagiri are preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Experienced school teachers with B.Ed.
- Teachers familiar with CBSE/NCERT curriculum.
- Candidates comfortable working with technology and digital learning tools.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.
