Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions through voice calls.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English and Hindi.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and assistance.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Follow defined process, quality and compliance guidelines.
- Meet assigned productivity and performance targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Contact Centre / Customer Service experience.
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Comfortable handling English and Hindi calling.
- Flexible to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Voice Versant: 65+
- AMCAT SVAR: B1 / 58+
