We are looking for a Franchise Success Manager / Regional Relationship Manager who will be responsible for managing franchise partner relationships, supporting business growth, achieving regional sales targets, and ensuring smooth franchise operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support franchise partners to drive business growth.
- Manage sales targets and overall growth for the assigned region.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners.
- Track franchisee performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and development support to franchise owners and their teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned franchise partners.
- Coordinate with Customer Support, Franchise Execution, Logistics, Accounts, Marketing, Merchandising, and other internal teams.
- Address franchise partner queries and resolve issues as per company policies.
- Support stock allocation, marketing, merchandising, and visual initiatives.
- Ensure franchise stores comply with applicable regulations and company requirements.
- Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
- Develop strong product and technical knowledge.
- Analyse regional market trends, competition,
and potential growth opportunities.
- Travel frequently across the assigned region as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Regional Relationship Manager, Relationship Manager, or in a similar sales/relationship-management role.
- Experience in the automotive or relevant industry will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of franchise operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to measure and analyse KPIs and ROI.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- MBA in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred.
