We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused telle calling to manage customer relationships, coordinate orders, handle customer queries, and ensure timely follow-up with dealers, wholesalers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain robust relationships with existing customers, dealers, wholesalers, and vendors.
- Handle customer enquiries regarding plywood products, prices, availability, and orders.
- Follow up with customers for pending enquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
- Maintain customer records, order details, and follow-up reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
- 1–5 years of experience in CRM, customer service, sales coordination, or a related role.
- Experience in Plywood / Veneer / Wood Panel / Building Material Industry will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
