Job Description: Oversee multiple operational analytics projects. Work closely with operations teams to align analytics with business goals. Ensure continuous improvement in processes through data insights.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and challenges.

- Lead end-to-end analytics projects, including requirements gathering, data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings.

- Design and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and efficiency

- Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Proven track record of leading analytics projects from inception to completion, delivering tangible business results.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Basic working knowledge of SQL/Python

- Proficient with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel




- Knowledge of descriptive statistical modeling methodologies and techniques such as classification, regression, and association activities to support statistical analysis in various healthcare data.
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts
- Strong written, verbal and Customer service skills
- Proficiency in compiling data, creating reports and presenting information , including expertise with query, MS Excel and / or other such product like SSRS, Tableau, PowerBI, etc
- Proficiency on various data forms including but not limited to star and snowflake schemas.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical applications
- Desire to work within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible in taking on various projects.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple concurrent projects

Qualifications: Bachelor�s degree in Business, Data Science, Operations, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in operational analytics.
