Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Technician to join our field team. You will be responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of solar PV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting structures at client sites

- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and performance checks of solar power systems

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electric faults

- Ensure proper earthing, wiring, and safety compliance as per standards

- Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports

- Coordinate with customers and explain system operation & maintenance

- Maintain tools, inventory, and daily work reports

- Follow all safety protocols for working at heights and with electrical systems

Requirements & Skills:





- ITI / Diploma / B.E in Electrical, Electronics, or related field

- 1+ years of experience in solar installation / electrical maintenance preferred

- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters (String/Micro), batteries, and electrical wiring

- Ability to read electrical diagrams and use multimeter, clamp meter, etc.

- Willing to travel across all over Tamil Nadu

- Physically fit to work on rooftops and at heights

- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is a must

- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
