Drive the global rollout of Advanced Process Control (APC) solutions across LXS production facilities. The role focuses on delivering sustainable value through process stabilization, throughput improvement, and energy optimization, while working closely with process experts and rollout teams to standardize and scale best practices globally.

- Drive the global APC deployment program across multiple production sites
- Identify, prioritize, and implement high-value APC opportunities
- Ensure performance monitoring, sustainability, and continuous improvement of APC applications
- Drive the development and tuning of MPC/APC applications for key processes
- Build APC capability within plant teams through training and coaching




- Support the digitalization initiatives by integrating APC with data platforms and analytics
- Support to standardize APC methodologies, tools, and governance across plants

Experience / Skills

- Specific Education Bachelors Degree in Process or Instrumentation Engineering
- Work Experience 10+ Years
- Special Skills Knowledge on Advance Process Control, MPC, RTO and other relevent control techniques with data analytics, Experience in Chemical Plant, Stakeholder management and communication skills, Solid foundation in process control engineering (PID, DCS, control strategies)
