Founder’s Office – AI & Content Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a strong writer and AI-native thinker to work directly with the Founder across his growing ventures.

This is not a conventional content-writing role. We are looking for someone who loves writing, thinks deeply, is curious about ideas, and knows how to use AI tools and AI agents to research, create, experiment and execute faster.

You may work on everything from articles, social content and research to books, founder communication, business ideas and new initiatives.

What You’ll Do

- Write and develop high-quality content, articles, stories and long-form material.
- Assist in researching and developing books and intellectual/content projects.
- Work with the Founder to convert ideas into compelling written content.
- Research markets, people, businesses, trends and new ideas.
- Use AI tools, LLMs and AI agents for research, writing, analysis and execution.
- Experiment with current AI workflows and discover ways to get significantly more out of AI.
- Turn research and ideas into clear, structured and engaging output.
- Support selected Founder’s Office projects from idea to execution.

Who We’re Looking For





You should be someone who:

- Genuinely loves writing and has a natural flair for language.
- Can write clearly, creatively and with personality.
- Is curious, observant and hungry to learn.
- Is comfortable with research and turning information into ideas.
- Is AI-native — not just familiar with ChatGPT, but interested in AI tools, workflows and agents.
- Enjoys experimenting with prompts, tools and new ways of working.
- Can work independently and take an idea from “What if?” to “Done.”
- Has high standards for the quality of their own work.

Prior work experience is less important than writing ability, curiosity, initiative and demonstrated use of AI.

Shortlisted candidates will be given a practical assignment involving writing, research and AI.
