HVAC Estimation & Costing

- Study HVAC drawings, specifications, BOQ and tender documents.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for HVAC works.
- Prepare estimates and cost sheets for CHW and VRF systems.
- Estimate equipment, piping, ducting, insulation, valves, controls, supports and accessories.
- Prepare BOQ, rate analysis and comparative statements.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Check quantities and rates before submission of quotations.

2. HVAC Planning

- Prepare project execution schedules for HVAC works.
- Develop material procurement and installation schedules.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Projects and Commercial teams.
- Monitor planned vs.



actual progress and highlight deviations.
- Assist in manpower and resource planning.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

5 years of relevant experience in HVAC/MEP contracting, preferably with an organization involved in SITC of HVAC systems.

Experience in handling commercial buildings, data centres, industrial projects, hospitals or large MEP projects would be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
