SANMAT invites applications from dynamic, confident and communication-oriented candidates for the position of Receptionist cum Counsellor at its Dumka Skill Center.

Position

Receptionist cum Counsellor

Location: Dumka, Jharkhand
Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the reception/front desk and handle visitors, students and enquiries professionally.
- Counsel prospective candidates regarding skill development courses, eligibility, training process and career opportunities.
- Conduct candidate counselling, mobilisation and follow-up.
- Respond to telephone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and walk-in candidates.
- Maintain records of enquiries, counselling, admissions and candidate follow-ups.
- Assist in student registration, documentation and admission processes.
- Coordinate with trainers and the Skill Center team regarding candidate requirements.
- Support mobilisation activities for increasing student enrolment and course participation.




- Maintain a professional and welcoming setting at the reception.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain daily records as required.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in reception, counselling, tele-calling, student mobilisation, admission or customer handling will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
- Good command of Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp and computer operations.
- Good communication, convincing and counselling skills.
- Candidates should be presentable, confident, polite and target-oriented.
