Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst to assist with the implementation and support of business information systems across our Web, Mobile, AI, and Blockchain project teams. You’ll identify problems and opportunities within client engagements and provide solutions that help achieve business goals. You’ll conduct requirements analysis, develop and monitor data quality metrics, and ensure business data and reporting needs are met. Strong technology, analytical, and communication skills are must-have traits for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
- Elicit requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops, and translate them into clear BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernise systems.
- Document and communicate results through process flows and transparent reporting.
- Identify problems within the business using data modelling and analysis techniques.
- Formulate ways for businesses to improve based on prior research and data.




- Actively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyse information needs and functional requirements.
- Manage resources and priorities across concurrent workstreams.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or comparable work experience.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT services or software development environment.
- Working SQL knowledge for querying and validating data.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence for task planning, tracking, and documentation.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive mindset.
- Strong time-management, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good to Have

- Experience with a data visualisation tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with process modelling using BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart.
- Working knowledge of AI tools to speed up documentation, analysis, and requirements work.
- CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent business analysis certification.
- Prior experience with clients in Web, Mobile, AI, or Blockchain domains.

Eligibility

- 2–4 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
- Available to work on-site in Gurugram, 5 days a week.
