Profile: B2C Sales Executive

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the Tours & Travel industry. Experience in field sales is mandatory. Job Role:

We are looking for a energetic, customer-focused, and result-oriented B2C Sales Executive for our Tours & Travel company. The candidate will be responsible for handling direct customer inquiries, promoting domestic and international tour packages, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Field sales is compulsory for this role. The candidate must be comfortable traveling within the assigned city, meeting clients, visiting corporate offices, attending promotional activities, and generating business through direct customer interaction.

Roles:

Handle direct customer inquiries for domestic and international travel packages. Promote holiday packages, hotel bookings, visa assistance, flight bookings, and customized travel plans.



Convert leads into confirmed bookings through calls, emails, walk-in customers, and field visits. Conduct field sales activities , including client meetings, travel exhibitions, society visits, promotional events, and local market visits. Generate new business opportunities through direct customer interaction and references. Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable travel packages. Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize revenue generation. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support. Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking and travel arrangements. Follow up with leads and maintain an updated customer database in CRM. Qualification:

Graduate in any field.
