We are seeking a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Executive to join our team in Jaipur. This position is ideal for motivated freshers looking to build a career in digital marketing. You will manage day-to-day social media operations, plan engaging content calendars, write captions, and assist in growing our brand presence across key platforms.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Content Planning & Scheduling: Plan weekly content calendars and schedule daily posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- ​Copywriting: Draft catchy captions, relevant hashtags, and short visual scripts tailored to each platform's target audience.
- ​Reels & Video Assistance: Help shoot, edit, or conceptualize short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) based on current audio trends and brand themes.
- ​Community Engagement: Respond promptly to direct messages, comments, and inquiries to foster brand interaction.
- ​Design Coordination: Collaborate with internal designers or use basic design tools to produce social media graphics.
- ​Performance Reporting:



Monitor basic reach, impressions, and engagement metrics to track monthly growth.

​Requirements & Skills

- ​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or any stream with relevant digital marketing training/projects.
- ​Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers with completed internships or a showcase portfolio/personal page are highly encouraged to apply).
- ​Platform Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Instagram features, LinkedIn posting, Facebook management, and YouTube Shorts.
- ​Tools: Basic working knowledge of Canva, CapCut/VN Editor, and Meta Business Suite is a plus.
- ​Communication: Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
- ​Mindset: Eager to learn, creative, self-motivated, and aware of viral social media trends.
