We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer – Python Lead with DevOps with 8+ years of experience in Python development, DevOps, cloud and on-prem infrastructure, containerization, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and production support.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader capable of driving application development, DevOps automation, infrastructure management, monitoring, incident resolution, and architecture discussions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Python applications using Flask and FastAPI.
- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs.
- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
- Work across cloud and on-prem infrastructure environments.
- Conduct code reviews and promote DevOps and software engineering best practices.
- Provide production support and participate in incident management.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Implement monitoring and observability solutions using Grafana and Prometheus.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations teams.
- Provide technical leadership and participate in architecture reviews.

- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and RCA skills
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms
- Ability to lead technical discussions and architecture reviews
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
