Key Responsibilities

- Conduct remote/virtual eye consultations and provide professional optometric guidance.
- Understand customers' vision-related requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Perform vision assessments and support customers with appropriate product recommendations.
- Maintain accurate customer and consultation records.
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience during every interaction.
- Follow company guidelines, processes, and professional optometry standards.
- Coordinate with relevant teams whenever required.

Candidate Eligibility

- B.Optom / B.Sc. Optometry / Diploma in Optometry or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experienced Optometrists are also welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid interest in customer service and eye care.
- Candidates should be willing to travel to Kochi for the training period.
- Candidates should be open to working from the assigned Kerala location.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
