Onycon Infrastructure is having outstanding career opportunities for experienced Billing & Planning Civil Engineerr's with experience of 2-5 YRS in the relevant field. The candidate will be responsible for Civil Activities, Subcontractor and Client Billing Material Reconcilation, RA Bills, and other activities related to billing Engineer. Position: Billing and Planning Enginner

Job description:

- Billing & Measurement: Prepare Measurement Sheets and detailed Running Account (RA) bills for clients based on on-site data and drawings.
- Subcontractor Management: Verify, check, and process subcontractor bills based on actual work completed and contract terms. Preparation of Subcontractor bill, client Billing and work order.
- Material Reconciliation:* Prepare monthly reconciliation statements for construction materials (steel, cement, etc.) to minimize waste and ensure proper consumption.
- Joint Measurements:* Conduct joint measurements of executed work with client representatives or consultants to ensure accuracy.
- Extra Item Identification:* Identify, prepare, and get approval for extra items or non-tender items not covered in the original Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- BOQ Study:* Study the BOQ and technical specifications to ensure billing aligns with contract terms.
- Documentation:



Maintain meticulous records of bills, measurement books, and material delivery records.
- Follow-up: Coordinate with the client/consultant to get bills certified and liaise with the internal accounts department to ensure timely receipt of payments.

Requirements:

2-5 yrs of Mandatory Experience in Civil/Biling and Planning Engineer

Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineer.

Strong Experience in Billing Engineer/Quantity Estimation.

In Depth Knowledge of Estimation, Project Billing along with BBS, BOQ, Rate Analysis and Reconciliation

Sound Knowledge of.

Strong understanding of construction process, materials, legal regulations.

Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QS Software like (AutoCAD, MS Projects, etc).

Excellency in Analytical, Negotiation and Problem Solving Skills.

Ability to work independently.

Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills.
