Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Direct day-to-day workflow, assign repair tasks to mechanics, and conduct final quality inspections before vehicle delivery.
- Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of technicians and support personnel.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain stock levels for spare parts, specialty tools, and workshop equipment.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries, provide repair estimates, and resolve complaints.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules and environmental disposal standards.
- Financial Oversight: Track productivity metrics, control departmental budgets, and drive profitability. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9]

Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Diploma or degree in automotive engineering, mechanical technology, or business administration.
- Experience: 3 to 7+ years of hands-on experience in an auto repair facility or dealership, with prior supervisory duties.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of vehicle diagnostics, mechanical systems, and repair standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
