Required Experience

Job Description
Handle incoming materials, warehouse operations and store management, including invoices, e-way bills and related documents.
Prepare GRN in ERP/SAP as per received materials and verify quantity/documentation.
Issue materials to the shop floor as per material requisition through ERP.
Prepare material indents as per requisitions received from various departments.
Maintain daily inventory and conduct physical stock verification; identify and resolve system variances.
Monitor and track input materials to maintain optimum/minimum inventory levels.
Coordinate with Purchase, Logistics and Supply Chain teams for the status of indented materials.
Handle material reconciliation on a daily/monthly basis and ensure proper FIFO management.
Manage engineering materials, scrap materials and their tracking/disposal records.
Handle dispatch activities, including material documentation, loading coordination and dispatch records.
Maintain proper warehouse documentation and ensure timely updating of ERP/SAP records.
Ensure 5S, continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives within store and warehouse operations.
