Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls and visitor enquiries.
- Manage appointments and front desk operations.
- Maintain records and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth guest service.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Solid customer service orientation.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Front desk or customer service experience is an added advantage.
