Job Summary

Ruh Nika is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative to promote and sell our personal care and wellness products in the General Trade (GT) market.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, introducing products, generating orders, developing new retailers, promoting the brand and building strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retail shops, cosmetic stores, pharmacies, supermarkets and other GT outlets.
- Promote and explain Ruh Nika products to retailers.
- Generate new orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets.
- Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Ensure product availability and proper product display.
- Promote new products, offers and promotional schemes.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Collect market feedback on customer demand, pricing and competitors.
- Monitor competitor products and market activities.
- Support product promotions, sampling and other marketing activities.
- Follow up with retailers for repeat orders.
- Coordinate with the distribution team for order fulfilment.
- Maintain daily visit, sales and order reports.
- Achieve assigned sales,



outlet coverage and distribution targets.

The representative will promote and sell Ruh Nika's personal care products, including:

- Goat Milk & Saffron Soap
- Honey Almond Soap
- Turmeric & Sandalwood Soap
- Tea Tree Acne Face Wash
- Anti-Ageing Night Repair Cream
- Premium Hair Oil

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good sales and negotiation abilities.
- Confident personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to build relationships with retailers.
- Strong field sales and marketing attitude.
- Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of FMCG, cosmetics or personal care products is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, beauty products, pharma or retail sales will be preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.

Compensation

Salary: Based on experience and interview
Incentives: Performance-based incentives
Travel/Petrol Allowance: As per company policy

Role Type

The candidate should be comfortable with daily market visits, retailer meetings, product promotion, order collection and achieving monthly sales targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
