Business Development Executive (Field Sales) – BluePen AI

BluePen AI is building a screen-free AI learning system for students. Our product combines a smart pen, AI assistance and a paired audio device to help students learn, ask questions and study without a screen.

BluePen AI currently supports Hindi, English, Marathi, Telugu and German, with more regional and international languages planned.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can take our product directly to students, parents, schools, tuition centres and local communities.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads through schools, tuition centres, residential communities, referrals and local channels
- Conduct product demonstrations for parents and students
- Conduct workshops and presentations for groups of 30–50 students
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
- Build relationships with schools, educators, parents and local partners
- Collect customer feedback and market insights

Requirements

- Graduate preferred




- Good communication skills in Hindi and working English
- Comfortable with field sales and meeting customers
- Able to conduct presentations and workshops
- Strong follow-up and sales discipline
- Familiarity with Dwarka and Delhi is an advantage
- Sales experience in EdTech, education, insurance, consumer sales, counselling or field sales is welcome, but not mandatory for the right candidate

Compensation and Benefits

- ₹3 LPA fixed salary
- ₹100 incentive per hardware sale
- ₹150 one-time incentive when a customer completes their second AI subscription payment
- ₹100 per day food allowance
- Local travel or petrol allowance for work-related travel
- 5-day work week

Joining

The selected candidate should be available to join from 1 October 2026.
