Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to join our home appliances retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining product features, generating sales, achieving targets, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their home appliance requirements.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, warranty, and offers.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Demonstrate products and explain their usage and benefits.
- Generate sales through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and accessories.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper merchandising.
- Keep updated on new products, offers, pricing, and competitor products.
- Coordinate with billing, warehouse, delivery, and installation teams.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and installations.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Assist with stock checks and report product shortages or discrepancies.




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom/store.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and store activities.
- Prepare daily sales and performance reports as required.

Qualification

- 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Retail Management, or Business Administration is an advantage.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, home appliances, consumer electronics, or FMCG preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
