Job Responsibilities(JR) :

Actionable
Event Planning & Coordination

· Assist in planning, coordinating and executing events

· Support the team in understanding client requirements and event objectives

Client & Vendor Coordination

· Assist in client communication and follow-ups

· Coordinate with vendors, manpower, and event teams

On-Ground Event Execution

· Support event setup and execution at venues

· Ensure smooth coordination during live events

Branding & Setup Management

· Assist in installation of branding materials such as sunboard, vinyl, standees, backdrop, flex, etc.

· Ensure timely and accurate setup as per requirements

Marketing & Promotion Support

· Assist in basic event marketing and promotional planning

· Support content and execution for event-related campaigns

Reporting & Documentation





· Prepare basic presentations, reports, and schedules using MS Office (PPT, Excel)

· Maintain proper documentation for events

On-Site Problem Solving

· Assist in handling last-minute changes and operational challenges

· Provide on-ground support to ensure smooth event execution

Key Skills:

· Basic knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

· Good communication and coordination skills

· Solid organisational and multitasking abilities

· Team player with a proactive approach

Experience Required

· Fresher / 0–1 year (Internship experience is a plus)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
